Professional Career

I began my career in the personnel services sector from 2001 to 2010, where I quickly rose to leadership positions while studying.

After completing my diploma thesis on Lean Manufacturing in the automotive sector at Robert Bosch in 2011, I transitioned to the manufacturing industry (Rail & Green Mobility) in 2012-2023.

Over the past decade, I have worked at Bombardier and Alstom, both locally at the plant as a manufacturing engineer and in leadership positions in regional and global corporate headquarters.

 

In these companies, I held various key positions, including:

• Global Quality Director Services Parts & Overhaul at Alstom SE

• Global Lead Quality Performance & Processes at Bombardier Inc. and Alstom SE

• Global Gate Review Lead Assessor at Bombardier Inc.

In these roles, I was last responsible for:

• Leading global quality networks

• Qualification and competency management

• Defining and ensuring the implementation of the Target Operating Model and strategy development

• Leading global improvement initiatives

• Ensuring consistent implementation of quality processes and tools, as well as digital tools (e.g., PowerBI, QlikSense, SharePoint, Atlassian, SAP)

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards/regulations through process governance and audits, and ensuring rail safety

• Leading the post-acquisition convergence process for a global product line

• Building and leading Global Quality Performance Management & Governance, functional leadership of headcount and budget planning

• Conducting project and portfolio gate reviews (time, cost, cash flow, and quality requirements) and business health checks
